Malachi C. Hankins, 19, of Streator, has two open cases: a felony with two Class 4 counts of aggravated fleeing, and a major traffic case with six counts, including speeding 35+ over and reckless driving. Both list an October 5 offense date.

Wesley P. Brewster, 42, of Seneca, is charged with four counts of aggravated DUI/crash/death in connection with a July 15, 2026 offense. He was indicted October 6 and returns to court October 22.

A Marseilles man charged with attempted murder in a March 17 stabbing that left the victim with 13 wounds remains jailed without pretrial release. His case returns to court for a status hearing November 13.

Joshua N. Muntean, 50, of Sterling, was convicted at bench trial of aggravated DUI resulting in the death of a Leland woman in a 2023 I-80 crash near Marseilles. He faces 3 to 14 years and awaits sentencing November 24.
