A LaSalle County grand jury has indicted Douglas D. Blair, 58, of Ottawa, on one count of criminal sexual assault, a Class 1 felony under Illinois law, according to court records filed in LaSalle County Circuit Court.

The indictment was returned on Dec. 30, 2025, under case number 2025CF000573, following Blair’s arrest by the LaSalle County Sheriff’s Office earlier that month.
